The Informer Agency was a marketing and creative agency specialising in the drinks industry.

Originally brought in to handle the branding, I ended up being hired as head of design. Started as a one-man project, the owner wanted the brand to draw from the era of old-school detectives and speakeasies. This led to the use of collage, vintage reclaimed images, and type influenced by typewriters and classic adverts. The brand touchpoints ranged from designed documents for a better customer experience, business cards, animated promo, and web design.

During my time at The Informer I created branding and promotional materials for a variety of drink brands, working in established brands while adding my own visual twists ranging from British Victorian designs to cyberpunk and neon.

My favourite part of this job was creating original branding for new drink brands. Due to my broad knowledge of esoterica, clients frequently requested work based on alchemy, the occult, and chaos magic.
